These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

AMENDMENTS

BanksterIndia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

In case of non-compliance with these Terms or Privacy Policy, BanksterIndia may terminate usage rights and remove offending content without notice.
