2. No Guarantee of Outcome
BanksterIndia does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, hiring outcomes, recruiter responses, or candidate selection. Fees paid are strictly for access to platform services and features.
3. Service Activation & Usage
Once a paid service is activated, accessed, or partially used, no refund shall be permitted under any circumstances.
4. Exceptions (At BanksterIndia’s Discretion)
In rare cases, refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of BanksterIndia if:
- Payment was charged multiple times due to a technical error
- Service could not be delivered due to platform failure
Any approved refund will be processed on a best-effort basis and may take up to 10–15 business days.
5. Partial & Promotional Services
Fees paid for promotional offers, discounts, bundled services, or limited-period plans are strictly non-refundable.
6. Payment Gateway & Banking Delays
BanksterIndia shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or external financial institutions.
7. Free Services
No refunds shall be applicable for any free, trial, or complimentary services provided by BanksterIndia.
8. Modification of Policy
BanksterIndia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
